Each mine operator or contractor must have a written training plan under Part 46 (Miners Engaged in Shell Dredging or Employed at Sand, Gravel, Surface Stone, Surface Clay, Colloidal Phosphate, or Surface Limestone Mines). We can write a plan for you and review the steps you must take to implement it and keep it current. Cost is $290 for the customized plan and a consultation to help you understand how to make sure you do what it requires.
